I am a Development Professional based in Germany focused on aspects of Education & Training, offering Consulting & Advisory services to International Institutions, interested in creating an impact through their programs. Presently, I am serving as the German Chancellors Fellow studying “Return on Investment of Skills”. I also advise institutions on the topics of “Internationalisation of VET”, “Dual System of Training”, “Investing in Skills”, “Future of Skills & Jobs” and EdTech.

I believe ‘Skills for All’ is the solution to link young people to the work and prepare them for the challenges of the future. It is imperative the young energy is diverted to development, progress, ideations and peace. I believe every person deserves a chance to earn a decent wage, offered a competitive environment to flourish and get a chance to contribute to the growth of their nation.

I have travelled to more than 280+ Cities/Towns/Villages in 25 countries of Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East for work and leisure. In engaging locals especially youth, I asked them one question - Where do you see yourself few years from now? Their answers full of desires, aspirations, dreams and determination to do well and do good have fuelled my ‘Skills For All’ dream.
